A customer resource management system was designed in this paper according to the practical demand of a Toyota Motor Sales Co. Ltd. Based on data mining principle, available data analysis, processing and the characteristics of customer behavior analysis was carried out. This system can be used as an auxiliary decision-making system it made a meaningful effort for the practical using of data mining in the field of customer resource management.Key words: CRM; Data Mining;Database
