The application of physical objects in the world is very extensive. Models, industrial components, industrial moldings, buildings, artworks and many other applications all have diverse and complex physical characteristics. These three-dimensional components can be designed through computer-aided design (CAD) or reverse engineering. Traditional processing technology cannot achieve 3D shape processing of complex objects, and special machines are used to manufacture with CAD/CAM systems. There is also a maximum of five-axis processing, and the manufacturing cost is expensive. Rapid prototyping (RP) technology is a free physical manufacturing technology that combines CAD and layered processing. The computer-designed model is processed through layer cutting and then directly processed by layer processing to produce a physical model. This study proposes a method that uses a commercially available two-dimensional printing inkjet printer, modifies the mechanism, and uses a Texas Instruments DSP (Digital single Processing) single chip to control its printing process, so that it can be completely transferred to the 3D Printer molding machine, receives printing data from the PC, and combines the model layer contour with the printing adhesive and molding material. According to the preset layer thickness setting, the object is stacked layer by layer to form a three-dimensional object. Keywords: Rapid prototyping, inkjet printer process control, DSP.
