00.1~2GHz ultra-wideband low-noise amplifier Cao Weiping and Wu Jiejin (School of Information and Communication, Guilin University of Electronic Science and Technology, Guilin, Guangxi 541004) Abstract: Using Aglient-ADS software, an ultra-wideband low-noise amplifier with a frequency band of 0.1~2GHz was designed. We selected the BFP420 transistor with lower noise and higher stability, adopted the two-stage feedback design principle and used ADS software for modeling, optimization and S-parameter and harmonic balance simulation to obtain a gain greater than 29dB and a noise coefficient NF [pic] 1.5dB. simulation results. Finally, through careful debugging, the test results and simulation results reached good consistency.
