In order to solve the database technology problem of saving a large amount of historical data in the electric energy billing system, the distributed real-time database system technology is adopted. The basic structure of the distributed real-time database system, as well as the CPU scheduling algorithm, I/O scheduling algorithm, transaction submission protocol, and concurrent control protocol are specifically introduced. Based on the needs of power companies, the distributed real-time database is applied in the electric energy billing system TMR to realize cross-operating system electric energy billing, reduce network traffic, and improve the data query speed of each node, thereby improving the response speed of the system and providing a basis for real-time line loss calculation.
