Wireless sensor data acquisition and transmission system, the more commonly used wireless data transmission networking technologies include 433MHZ, Zigbee (2.4G), operator network (GPRS) and other three methods. Among them, 433MHZ and Zigbee (2.4G) are short-distance wireless communication technologies, and both use the ISM license-free frequency band. Operator network (GPRS) is a long-distance wireless communication technology, and charges are based on data traffic.

1. Intelligent sensor network based on Zigbee (2.4G)

ZigBee features low power consumption, high reliability, strong anti-interference, and easy network deployment. Through wireless repeaters, the network coverage can be easily expanded by dozens of times. Therefore, it can be used in small spaces to large spaces, from simple space environments to complex space environments. However, compared with WiFi technology, Zigbee is positioned for low transmission rate applications, so Zigbee is obviously not suitable for high-speed Internet access, large file downloads, etc. For wireless ordering applications in the catering industry, since the data transmission volume is generally not large, Zigbee technology is very suitable for this application.

2. Intelligent sensor network based on 433MHz

433MHz技术使用433MHz无线频段,因此相比于WiFi和Zigbee,433MHz的显著优势是无线信号的穿透性强、能够传播得更远。但其缺点也是很明显的,就是其数据传输速率只有9600bps,远远小于WiFi和Zigbee的数据速率,因此433Mhz技术一般只适用于数据传输量较少的应用场合。从通讯可靠性的角度来讲,433Mhz技术和WiFi一样,只支持星型网络的拓扑结构,通过多基站的方式实现网络覆盖空间的扩展,因此其无线通讯的可靠性和稳定性也逊于Zigbee技术。另外,不同于Zigbee和WiFi技术中所采用的加密功能,433Mhz网络中一般采用数据透明传输协议,因此其网络安全可靠性也是较差的。
