Non-inductive metal oxide film resistors 1. Scope of application: This standard is the specification of non-inductive metal oxide film resistors for home appliances, computers, and information. ⒉ Product name: Indicate according to its type, rated power, terminal shape, nominal resistance value, allowable error, and packaging method. Example NRSS 1W 10Ω J BULK Type Rated power Nominal resistance value Allowable error Processing/packaging method 2.1 Type: Non-inductive metal oxide film resistors are indicated by NR SN, NR SS (miniaturized). 2.2 Rated power: Rated power (W) is expressed in numbers, such as 1/4W, 1/2W, 1W, 2W, 3W, 4W, 5W, 6W. 2.3 Nominal resistance value: Ω, KΩ are its units, and the values specified in the series (Series) such as JIS-C6409 Table 6 (EIA RS-196A) are general principles. 2.4 Tolerance: Measured by the bridge method at room temperature, it should be within the tolerance of the specified resistance value. G=±2%; J=±5%. 2.5 Processing/Packing Method: T/R=Reel; T/B=Tape; Bulk=Bulk; F-type, MG-type processing. ⒊ Rated Power: Rated power is the maximum load voltage and overload voltage applicable to the ambient temperature of 70℃, and should meet the requirements of mechanical and electrical performance. When the ambient temperature exceeds 70℃, it shall be determined according to the power reduction curve in the attached figure.
