Due to the requirements of cold rolling process in industrial steel mills, the concentration of emulsion must be detected online to ensure the quality of steel. This paper is based on the multifunctional configuration software DASYLAB as the platform, with the ultrasonic measurement device USD15 as the core, supplemented by temperature and flow signal acquisition instruments, to complete the online detection function of emulsion concentration. In this system, a large amount of temperature, sound time and corresponding concentration data are measured experimentally, and a mathematical model of concentration-temperature-sound time is established using mathematical multiple interpolation algorithms. The calculation expression of concentration is derived, and it is corrected and compensated in the software. Finally, a relatively accurate concentration calculation formula can be obtained. In the experiment, a temperature compensation model was established, and the Dasylab software was used to perform temperature compensation on the measurement results, which achieved good results.
