Based on the research of data mining technology and telecommunication customer analysis system, this paper studies and proposes a telecommunication customer analysis system based on rough set equivalent relation. The core algorithm adopted by this system improves the traditional mining algorithm of the Apriori association rule to fulfill the mining of the association rule through the concept of the equivalent relation of rough set. It constructs an application model for the telecom customer analysis, which has been applied to the customer analysis system of some telecom company as a core part and achieved very good results.Keywords: Data Mining, Telcom, Customer Analysis, Customer Relationship Management
