Analysis and application of the test performance of the automobile brake test bench: The dynamic analysis of the tested wheels in stable and unstable states is carried out, and the analytical expression of the equivalent adhesion coefficient that characterizes the test performance of the automobile brake test bench is derived, and its influencing factors are analyzed. Two measures to improve the test performance of the test bench are proposed: the layout type in which the rear roller is higher than the front roller and the power supply method of the dual hydraulic drive roller. A new type of brake test bench has been developed and applied to automobile inspection trailers. Its characteristics are that the hydraulic motor replaces the AC motor to drive the test bench roller, which reduces the power demand of the mobile automobile inspection station and is suitable for field operations; the roller diameter is reduced to 185 mm, which reduces the size of the inspection trailer and improves its maneuverability.
