This paper uses MATLAB programming language to program and solve, and the solution results show that the model is consistent with reality. The effects of ethylbenzene dehydrogenation reaction temperature, water-to-hydrocarbon ratio and pressure on the conversion rate and selectivity of ethylbenzene dehydrogenation reaction under negative pressure conditions are analyzed, and the optimized operating conditions are obtained: temperature is 620℃-640℃; pressure is 45kpa-60kpa; water-to-hydrocarbon ratio (molar ratio) is 6-7.
