1 TD network optimization method urgently needs to be changed In the network optimization work of TD Phase I and II, the industry generally adopted the DT/CQT method, that is, to evaluate the coverage, interference, quality and other measurement indicators of the network by dialing tests. Since the results are obtained based on point and line tests, the test has great limitations and cannot objectively evaluate the overall quality of the network. At the same time, the quality of TD terminals on the market varies. During the DT/CQT test, the test terminal may not be able to find the problems of ordinary commercial terminals, resulting in a deviation between the test results and the actual user experience. In addition, the DT/CQT method requires a lot of manpower and material resources, and a high time cost, which is unbearable for both operators and equipment manufacturers. TD Phase III will cover 200 cities, and the network scale is more than 10 times that of Phase I and Phase II. If the network optimization model of Phase I and Phase II is still continued, the demand for manpower and material resources will also increase by more than 10 times, which is not conducive to the rapid creation of TD boutique networks. Therefore, the industry urgently needs to change the existing TD network optimization model to improve network optimization efficiency.
