Hydraulic pump performance test and hydraulic pump disassembly and assembly experiment 1 Hydraulic pump performance test experiment (I) Experimental purpose: 1. Check whether the experimental pump pressure system can reach the rated pressure and rated flow. .2. Determine the pressure-flow characteristics of the experimental pump. 3. Determine the volumetric efficiency of the hydraulic pump. 4. Determine the total efficiency of the hydraulic pump. (II) Experimental equipment: QCS003B hydraulic test bench 1. Test bench hydraulic system diagram (Figure 1--1) 2. Test bench hydraulic component list (Table 1--1). (1) Experimental content: 1. Determination of the rated pressure and rated flow of the hydraulic pump. The rated pressure of the vane pump tested on the test bench is 63bar, and the rated flow is 8.6L/min. During the experiment, adjust the overflow valve 9 and throttle valve 10 of the test bench, and the pressure and flow values can be read by the pressure gauge P6 and flow meter 20 respectively. The measured value should reach or exceed the rated value of the pump. 2. Determination of hydraulic pump pressure-flow characteristics Because there is gap leakage when the hydraulic pump is working, the higher the working pressure of the pump, the greater the flow loss and the smaller the actual flow. By changing the working pressure of the pump in sequence, the flow value of the corresponding pressure can be measured, thus obtaining the relationship curve between the pressure and flow of the pump
