Design and Experiment of a New High-Power Fiber Isolator

        A new type of high-power fiber isolator is designed, which uses a spherical lens and terbium gallium garnet (TGG) crystal as the core of the device, and can better meet the requirements of high-power fiber lasers. The test results show that within the range of 1064±15 nm, the maximum power that the isolator can withstand is 45 W, the insertion loss (IL) is less than 0.61 dB, and the isolation (ISO) is greater than 24.5 dB.
