        This paper discusses the design of control circuit parameters in Gigabit SFP optical transceiver and its simulation using Cadence software, proposes a design scheme for control circuit in Gigabit SFP optical transceiver, analyzes the performance of optical transmitter and receiver modules, and mainly studies the use of high-speed circuit design and signal integrity theory in Cadence interconnect design software platform, and adopts simulation analysis method to conduct board-level analysis and design of Gigabit SFP optical transceiver module.
