The specific implementation of data communication between the energy-feeding traction device and the SCADA system is introduced. In order to monitor the real-time transmission data online during the communication process, a human-machine interface (HMI) supporting data processing, display and transfer upload functions was developed based on LabVIEW during the communication process. The sensor of the energy-feeding traction power supply device collects data and transmits it to the underlying DSP acquisition terminal. The DSP system transmits it to the HMI software through the serial port and Ethernet, and then the HMI software completes the data processing, display and further integrates the processed data; it communicates with the SCADA system via the Modbus bus in the HMI software. The simulation operation and field test results show that the system has good real-time performance and reliability.
