The dancing robot can make different dance moves following the melody and rhythm of the music, so it is necessary to extract the characteristic parameters of the music in real time and effectively. The fundamental frequency is an important characteristic parameter of music, and the quality of the fundamental frequency extraction will directly affect the recognition effect of the music features. A fundamental frequency detection method based on the autocorrelation function method is proposed. The signal is first clipped using the three-level center clipping method, and then its autocorrelation is calculated. In order to effectively suppress the harmonic peak interference, the autocorrelation of the signal is calculated again, and then the fundamental frequency of the music signal is extracted. Experiments have shown that this method can accurately and stably extract the fundamental frequency of the music signal, and the extraction effect is ideal.
