Design and dynamic calibration of foil-type high-resistance low-voltage manganese copper piezoresistive stress gauge

A low-pressure manganese copper piezoresistive sensor was designed, and the piezoresistance relationship of the sensor in the range of 0.3 to 9.4 GPa was calibrated by a flat plate impact test. The calibration curve is linear in the range of 0.3 to 1.5 GPa, corresponding to the elastic state of the sensor, and is a quadratic curve in the range of 1.5 to 9.4 GPa. The inflection point of the calibration curve is near 1.5 GPa, which is close to the theoretical analysis and experimental results of others. Keywords: manganese copper gauge; piezoresistance coefficient; dynamic calibration
