This paper briefly introduces the use of interrupt technology programmed in C language in the control field in combination with practical applications. At the same time, an effective method to improve the accuracy of real-time control is given, that is, to change the value of the timer clock interrupt frequency by rewriting the frequency division value of the system timer. Keywords: interrupt; timer; C language; industrial computer interrupt technology is a commonly used method in the control field, and clock interrupt is a commonly used interrupt in interrupt technology. In the industrial control system programmed in C language, interrupt programming is a difficult point, but it has very practical value. This paper intends to combine the actual application of the die-casting machine control system programmed in C language to explain the use of clock interrupt. In addition to the system timer, there is also an external timer provided by the external interface circuit. Their functions and usage are similar to the commonly used 8253 timer chip.
