Due to the serious interference of high-frequency electromagnetic fields on temperature measurement, temperature measurement in microwave fields has always been a difficult technical problem in the field of measurement and control. This article proposes a temperature sensor structure that uses a thermistor-high-resistance wire to resist electromagnetic interference to solve this problem, and focuses on its design method. This sensor has been successfully used in the production of microwave thermotherapy machines in hospital departments, and its characteristics of resisting strong electromagnetic interference are satisfactory.
