With the continuous development of the financial industry, IC smart cards are being and have been integrated into the mainstream of today\'s information technology, and people have begun to accept and use IC smart cards more and more. According to different application environments, traditional IC card readers and writers can be divided into two types: seated IC card readers and IC card handheld POS machines. IC card handheld POS machines that combine wireless LAN, embedded systems and biometrics are a good way. Therefore, we propose a design scheme for a radio frequency IC card wireless handheld POS machine based on the ARM+DSP collaborative architecture. This paper first introduces the ARM+DSP embedded system, fingerprint recognition technology and wireless data transmission technology, and proposes a dual-processor connection scheme for the ARM+DSP collaborative architecture. After that, the overall structure diagram of the system is given, including the hardware part and the software part. The hardware part is composed of two subsystems, ARM and DSP, with LPC2210 and TMS320VC54025 as the core, plus memory and various peripherals. The interface circuit design of the two CPUs communicating through the HPI host mode and the host system\'s main control processor LPC2210 peripherals is described in detail. The software part includes the key points of embedded μ C/OS-Ⅱ transplantation, task design, driver design, etc. It details the design process of display task, keyboard task and IC card reading and writing task in the embedded μ C/OS-Ⅱ platform and the writing of their driver code. The research of this topic has achieved phased results and can realize some basic functions.
