A handheld vibration signal acquisition and analysis device was developed. The system adopted a portable embedded system architecture, used an acceleration sensor to obtain vibration signals, and obtained velocity and displacement signals through a two-stage improved integrator analog circuit. After filtering and shaping, the signals were sent to the ARM processor for storage and processing. The system was equipped with USB and wireless Zigbee to communicate with the host computer and other analyzers. A large-capacity Flash memory, a 48-bit information button identifier, an energy-saving power supply design and a LCD display function were designed.
