The multi-channel electro-hydraulic servo loading system is a high-tech complete set of equipment used for various engineering tests of large components. This paper proposes the system structure and completes the hardware and software design of the control system in view of the functional requirements of the multi-channel electro-hydraulic servo loading system. It is widely used in materials, engineering structures, aviation, aerospace, construction, ships, automobiles, railway vehicles and other fields. In order to study the stress and damage mechanism of engineering materials under earthquake damage, the author developed a multi-channel electro-hydraulic servo loading system, which realizes multi-channel, large displacement, high frequency and full digital control. This paper proposes the system structure and the software and hardware design ideas and methods of the control system in view of the functional requirements of the multi-channel electro-hydraulic servo loading system, and finally realizes the productization of the design.
