The full static pressure system checker has a direct impact on the air tightness of the system and the accuracy of the instrument indication on the aircraft. In view of the problems existing in the original checker, an oil-free vacuum pressure pump and a measurement and display component based on a vibrating cylinder pressure sensor with a single-chip microcomputer as the control core were developed, and a new checker was designed. Practical use shows that the checker has the characteristics of fast detection speed, high accuracy, intuitive interpretation, simple operation, and good maintainability. It also solves the problem of oil leakage affecting the quality of the air source and the pollution of related equipment.
