A method for establishing a power amplifier behavior model based on cross-correlation sequences

This paper proposes a behavioral model delay estimation algorithm based on the cross-correlation between the error signal and the input signal of the power amplifier behavioral model, and discusses how to dynamically establish the amplifier behavioral model. This method is used to establish a memory polynomial (MP) behavioral model with non-uniform delay. The simulation results show that the delay estimation algorithm proposed in this paper can effectively find the main delay component in the output signal, thereby reducing the delay length of the traditional MP model from 6 to 2, while the model NMSE is only reduced by less than 3dB, indicating that this behavioral model establishment method can find a good balance between model complexity and model accuracy.
