In recent years, my country has made some achievements in the construction of coal mine safety informationization, but there are still obvious shortcomings. From the perspective of system integration, the level of automation and informationization of production management is relatively low, information resources are difficult to share, and monitoring systems, control systems and management systems cannot be linked. In order to enhance the exchange of information between coal mine enterprises and the outside world, it is necessary to establish a good network real-time publishing system for coal mine monitoring information. At the same time, timely and accurate transmission of information also provides favorable guarantees for coal mine safety production. At present, most coal mine information systems are developed based on C/S (Client/Server) mode[1] with configuration software. It requires the installation of corresponding client programs on each client and cannot achieve rapid deployment and configuration. Therefore, it is difficult to maintain and manage, lacks versatility, is not conducive to expansion, and is usually limited to small local area networks. Systems in B/S (Browser/Server) mode[1] are mostly developed using ASP and HTML technologies. The main problem is that they have poor security, have too high requirements on the server, and are difficult to adapt to the needs of distributed applications. Web Service is the main technology for developing distributed systems. Coal mine information systems based on Web Service can better meet the requirements of coal mine information management. This paper proposes a coal mine information publishing system based on Web Service. The paper mainly discusses the structure and key technology of the system, Web Service.
