On the basis of analyzing and summarizing the test signals of a large-scale equipment control system, the overall design scheme of the computer test data acquisition and processing system is proposed, the basic functions and implementation principles of the system are discussed in detail, and the main technical issues of the system implementation are discussed; The practical demonstration shows that the data acquisition and processing system realizes the large capacity of multi-channel test data under dynamic conditions, long-term acquisition and analysis and real-time processing, and has a good prospect for engineering application. When conducting comprehensive tests on the measurement and control system of a large-scale equipment, it is necessary to design a special data acquisition and processing unit, whose main functions are to collect environmental data, simulate and analyze the performance of various signal processing algorithms and the characteristics of environmental space vector models. The design requires that the system acquisition test should continuously collect data for 5 seconds, the acquisition rate is 30.72MB/s, the sampling resolution is 12 bits, and 30 array elements and 60 channels (each array element is divided into J and Q channels) are collected, and two carrier frequencies can be collected by switching. From the above requirements, it can be seen that the acquisition capacity of each channel is 153.6 MB, and the acquisition capacity of 24 channels is 3686.4 MB in total. Therefore, the data acquisition and processing system is a high-speed, large-capacity, multi-channel data acquisition system.
