Details4.1 Specify in which areas statistical techniques need to be used.4.1.1 The application of statistical techniques should pay special attention to special characteristics.4.1.2 Each relevant department determines the statistical techniques to be used in its department. 4.1.3 Statistical techniques such as cause-effect analysis diagrams and scatter diagrams can be applied in process design and testing. 4.1.4 Statistical techniques such as control charts and histograms can be applied in process control. 4.1.5 Statistical techniques such as questionnaires, arrangement diagrams, and cause-effect analysis diagrams can be applied in quality statistics and analysis. 4.1.6 Statistical sampling techniques can be applied in product verification and testing. 4.1.7 Statistical techniques such as control charts can be applied in measurement system analysis. 4.2 Training 4.2.1 Each department shall submit training applications to the Human Resources Department, and the Human Resources Department shall prepare the \"Annual Training Plan\". The Quality Control Department and the Human Resources Department shall conduct training according to the \"Human Resources Development Procedure\" and the \"Annual Training Plan\". Training content: mainly the content of this manual. If there are other needs, the Human Resources Department and the Quality Control Department may negotiate. If the Quality Control Department can do it, it shall be completed by the Quality Control Department. If the Quality Control Department cannot meet its requirements, the Human Resources Department may contact other companies for training matters. 4.2.2 Basic knowledge training on statistical techniques shall be conducted for all employees of the company. 4.3 Implementation 4.3.1 Data collection. Each department shall collect data according to the specific requirements of relevant statistical tools. 4.3.2 Each relevant department shall process the collected data accordingly. 4.3.3 Data analysis. If necessary, the relevant department shall convene a QC team for discussion, analyze the collected data, and control according to the PDCA procedure. Each department shall keep relevant records. 5.
