This paper uses the principle of data warehouse to design a high-speed traffic hierarchical aggregation method based on NetFlow. Based on four time granularities, the raw data is aggregated and transferred to the database to achieve the purpose of effectively reducing and merging the massive traffic data in the high-speed network environment. At the same time, combined with the compression processing strategy of detail-level data, the efficiency of traffic analysis is improved. Traffic aggregation processing is implemented using multi-threading technology to improve system performance. Network traffic measurement is the detection and analysis of network data flow characteristics. By analyzing the information obtained such as application usage and user behavior characteristics, reasonable supervision and planning of the network can be achieved. As network transmission speeds become faster and faster, network traffic measurement also shows certain difficulties: a large amount of data needs to be collected and processed in a high-speed network environment, and it is even more difficult to extract useful information from these data for analysis. NetFlow is a traffic analysis technology proposed by Cisco. It uses \"flow\" as the collection unit for traffic statistics. A NetFlow flow is uniquely determined by the source/destination IP address, source/destination port, three-layer protocol type, IP protocol service type (ToS), and input/output logical port. By acquiring traffic information based on NetFlow collection technology, we can conduct statistical ranking and trend analysis of TopN network applications, TopN host users, etc., and can also monitor abnormal traffic. This paper uses data warehouse theory to design a high-speed traffic aggregation method based on the characteristics of NetFlow data, and uses multi-threading technology to implement it. It can effectively reduce and merge the massive traffic data in a high-speed network environment, thereby improving the efficiency of traffic analysis.
