Technical Solution for SKD Test Quality Evaluation of CDMA Mobile Phones Technical Solution for SKD Test Quality Evaluation of CDMA Mobile Phones Abstract: This article introduces in detail how to conduct index testing and performance evaluation of mobile phones when using SKD to produce CDMA mobile phones; it describes the test plan, test parameters and qualification criteria in depth. It is hoped that this technical solution can provide practical testing and production guidance for mobile phone manufacturers. At present, most domestic designated CDMA mobile phone manufacturers choose to use SKD (sack knockdown) to produce mobile phones. This is because compared with OEM (orignal equipment manufacture) or CKD (completed knockdown), the SKD method has the advantages of low investment, quick results, low technical risks, fast project start-up, easy organization of large-scale production, cost reduction to a certain extent, and fast product launch time. Under the conditions of SKD production, how to ensure product quality and test speed in the testing and performance evaluation of CDMA mobile phones is a technical problem faced by many domestic CDMA mobile phone manufacturers. How to solve this problem has important engineering and practical significance for manufacturers. The author now shares some experiences and ideas with peers. 1 Guiding ideology of SKD test plan (1) Meet relevant technical specifications and test standards (2) Have sufficient test speed and accuracy (3) Under the premise of meeting the production line capacity requirements, the equipment investment should be economical, which includes the purchase of CDMA mobile phone comprehensive testers, conveyor belt equipment, test fixtures, other test equipment, production line statistical management equipment, etc. (4) The technical indicators, models, specifications, data and other requirements of the test instruments to be purchased must not only meet the comprehensive requirements at this stage, but also take into account the future expandability, upgradeability and maintainability. (5) Minimize the company\'s various resources, including manpower, material resources, financial resources, production sites, air conditioning, electricity, compressed air, etc. (6) Make full use of the existing GSM mobile phone production line conditions (if any) to improve, adjust and optimize the production line as much as possible to further reduce the cost of producing mobile phones. 2 CDMA mobile phone function test item classification, test specifications...
