Rapid prototyping simulation is a type of real-time simulation. It is between the algorithm design stage and the specific implementation stage of product development and is an important link in the product development process. This article introduces how to use the code generation function of MATLAB/SIMULINK to convert SIMULINK models into target language models in rapid prototyping systems; it not only avoids the problem of low simulation speed of SIMULINK models in the MATLAB/SIMULINK environment, but also greatly reduces the workload of modeling in the target language. Practical applications show that by using the automatic generation of C code of SIMULINK models, SIMULINK models can be easily and quickly applied to semi-physical simulation systems, shortening the development cycle and improving the flexibility and reliability of simulation systems.
