A certain type of vegetable residual pesticide rapid tester uses a photosensitive diode and a photoelectric cuvette to form a signal sampling circuit, and controls the red and green indicator lights through a voltage comparator composed of an operational amplifier, using red and green lights to indicate whether the residual pesticide exceeds the standard. This article uses the AT89C2051 microcontroller to perform digital display and digital zeroing transformation to address the problems existing in the product. The photosensitive diode sampling circuit in the original circuit is retained, the voltage comparator in the original instrument is cancelled, and the residual pesticide concentration PPM value is digitally quantitatively displayed. The digital zeroing technology is used. After the transformation, the instrument is more convenient to operate, the zeroing is faster, and it has greater market utilization value.
