This paper mainly studies the design theory and design method of the hardware and software of the all-digital AC variable frequency speed regulation system with TI\'s 16-bit fixed-point TMS320F240 DSP as the control core. The system is mainly composed of the main circuit, system protection circuit, control circuit and sampling circuit. The main circuit includes rectification, filtering, inverter (IPM), IPM drive circuit, etc.; the system protection circuit includes overvoltage and undervoltage protection, current limiting start, IPM fault protection, overcurrent protection, etc.; the control circuit includes DSP minimum system circuit, communication interface circuit with PC, simulation interface circuit, PWM signal generation circuit, A/D, D/A conversion circuit, etc.; the sampling circuit includes current sampling, voltage sampling, and speed sampling. In terms of software, considering that SVPWM has a higher DC voltage utilization rate than SPWM and is more suitable for digital control systems, this paper compiles an open-loop control program based on SVPWM based on the study of SVPWM control principle. The paper finally gives the test results. The open-loop operation test results show that the system can smoothly adjust the speed in the range of 0-50Hz, has a strong load capacity and anti-interference ability above 10Hz.
