This paper introduces the irradiation test of OP207 bipolar operational amplifier by 60CoC radiation, electrons and protons with different energies, and the annealing effect of 60CoC and electron radiation damage at room temperature and 100℃. The response law of the electrical parameters of the bipolar operational amplifier to the irradiation of different radiations is revealed; the different radiation damage mechanisms of the bipolar operational amplifier by different radiation sources are studied; and the dependence of the proton irradiation damage degree on energy and the difference between the proton irradiation damage and the 60CoC and electron irradiation damage are discussed. The results show that the generation of interface states is the main cause of 60CoC and electron irradiation damage, while the body damage caused by displacement effect plays an important role in the proton irradiation effect.
