The on-site service terminal of the anti-electricity theft remote monitoring and management system is installed on the secondary side, and it synchronously reads the data of the electric energy meter installed on the secondary side. The wireless data collector is installed on the primary high-voltage end in front of the transformer, and it communicates wirelessly with the on-site service terminal and sends the data to the on-site service terminal. The on-site service terminal compares the multi-function meter data read from the secondary side with the data sent by the primary side collector to determine whether there is an abnormality. This distributed design method can accurately and real-timely identify all electricity theft behaviors on the secondary side.
