In order to improve the automation and reliability of low-voltage power distribution in small and medium-sized factories, the fieldbus technology AIFCS based on AI series instruments and AIBUS communication protocol is combined with touch screen to develop an intelligent power distribution monitoring system. The system assembles the hardware circuit in the switch cabinet, develops and designs the monitoring software through MCGSE configuration software, displays the system configuration and various electrical parameters on the full Chinese operation interface, and controls the various electrical equipment, PLC and single-chip microcomputers on site in real time. The complex installation and wiring and difficult maintenance of DCS have greatly restricted its development. In order to overcome the shortcomings of DCS, the fieldbus control system FCS came into being in the early 1990s. Fieldbus technology[1][2] is the product of the combination of modern electronic technology, computer technology, communication technology and control technology, and is a hot topic in the field of automation and industrial control. The emergence of fieldbus marks the beginning of a new era of industrial control technology and will have an important impact on the development of the automation field. The core of FCS is to realize the digitization of field primary instruments and actuators, so that AI instruments have data communication, fault diagnosis, parameter configuration and partial control functions at the same time, and develop in the direction of intelligence, digitization and networking[3]. The AI instrument-based fieldbus technology AIFCS (Artificial Intelligence Fieldbus Control System) adopts the AIBUS communication protocol and can send 4 important data to the front-end machine within 40ms at a baud rate of 9600, which is 3 to 10 times faster than the imported instruments using the MODBUS protocol.
