The traditional current mode bandgap reference voltage circuit is improved by using secondary temperature compensation. Based on the chartered 0.35um CMOS process, Cadence Spectre is used for simulation. The results show that when the operating voltage is 2V, the circuit can output a wide range of voltage from 100mV to 1.8V; in the temperature range of -20-120℃, the average temperature coefficient is about 3ppm/℃.
