TCD141C is a 5000-pixel two-phase linear array CCD device produced by Toshiba Corporation of Japan. Due to the use of buried channel and accelerating electrode structure in the process, its operating frequency can reach 20MHz, and the center spacing between pixels and adjacent pixels has been reduced to 7 μm, achieving high resolution and high-speed readout. Its spectral response peak has moved to the purple band and is widely used. This article introduces its basic structure, working principle, logic drive circuit, and also gives an application example
