The cold cathode fluorescent lamp (CCFL), the main light-emitting device in the backlight assembly, has specific electrical characteristics. The characteristics of CCFL related to luminous brightness and luminous efficiency were studied experimentally. The working principle of the self-excited oscillation circuit of CCFL was qualitatively analyzed. On this basis, a quantitative theoretical analysis of the inverter oscillation circuit was carried out. This provides a reference for designing high-efficiency drive circuits.
