Research on digital control of boost power factor correction converter: Digital control is gradually closely integrated with power electronics applications, and power factor correction is an important application of power electronics technology. In this paper, a mathematical model of average current control is established for the boost power factor correction circuit. Based on the high performance characteristics of Motorola\'s new model DSP56F8323, the principle prototype of digital control power factor correction application is completed, and detailed system design and control parameters are given. Keywords: power factor correction; digital control; boost power factor correction technology is one of the research hotspots in the power supply field, but its traditional analog control technology has inherent defects, the control circuit has many components, the volume is large, and the structure is complex. Moreover, the drift of the working point of the analog device will cause the drift of the system parameters, which will bring inconvenience to debugging. With the improvement of circuit integration technology, the digital signal processor (DSP) has developed rapidly, and its performance can meet the requirements of real-time control; and the digital control circuit has the characteristics of high cost performance and high compatibility, meets the requirements of environmental protection and intelligence, and is convenient for function expansion. Based on the Boost power factor correction technology, this paper focuses on the digital control method and principle of the Boost power factor correction circuit based on the resource situation of DSP56F8323, a cost-effective DSP chip newly launched by Motorola.
