At present, the DC power supply equipment lacks on-site detection technology, which poses a threat to safe operation. This article analyzes the necessity of on-site detection of DC power supply and introduces the development and application of a mobile DC power supply microcomputer detection system. Keywords: DC power supply; on-site detection; development and application. Current status of on-site detection of DC power supply equipment. In Article 5.3 of DL/T 724-2000 \"Technical Regulations for Operation and Maintenance of Battery DC Power Supply Devices for Power Systems\", there are clear regulations and technical requirements for the on-site acceptance test of the three technical indicators (hereinafter referred to as the three indicators) of the charging device, namely, voltage stabilization accuracy, current stabilization accuracy, and ripple coefficient. The test content mainly involves changing the charger\'s AC input voltage within ±10% of the rated voltage through a voltage regulating device (such as a transformer), and changing the charger\'s DC output voltage and output current within a specified range (the voltage adjustment range is 90% to 145% of the rated value, and the current adjustment range is 0 to 100% of the rated value) through a load adjustment device (such as a discharge resistor). The voltage, current and ripple values are measured within the adjustment range, and the three parameters of the charger\'s voltage stabilization accuracy, current stabilization accuracy and ripple coefficient (hereinafter referred to as the three parameters) are obtained through calculation.
