Based on ACCA-CFAR (Automatic Censored Cell Averaging-CFAR), this paper proposes a local adaptive ACCA-CFAR target detection algorithm that uses K distribution to model SAR image clutter. The algorithm first estimates the K distribution parameters of the local window, then determines the local ODV (Ordered Data Variability) threshold based on the parameters, and then completes the background pixel screening and finally makes a detection decision. This paper proves that the ODV threshold is related to the parameters of the local statistical model, and gives the theoretical basis for using the local adaptive threshold. Taking the SAR image of a ship on the sea surface as an example, this paper proves that the algorithm has fewer false alarms in the sea surface clutter background, can completely detect the ship target, and retains more detailed structural features.
