The input parallel output series type DC converter can reduce the current stress of the switch tube and is suitable for high output voltage and high power DC conversion occasions. In order to ensure the reliable operation of the converter, it is necessary to ensure that its input current is equalized and the output capacitor voltage is equalized. From the perspective of energy, this paper reveals the relationship between input current equalization and output voltage equalization of the input parallel output series type DC converter, points out that input current equalization control can ensure output voltage equalization, and output voltage equalization control can ensure input current equalization; a new output voltage control method is proposed, which can realize output capacitor voltage equalization control and output voltage closed-loop control while ensuring input current equalization and output voltage equalization; then the factors that cause input uneven current and output uneven voltage are analyzed. At the same time, the weight and volume of the input filter capacitor and the output capacitor are reduced by adopting interleaved control. At the end of the paper, simulation and experimental results are given to verify the effectiveness of this method.
