At present, the commonly used speed measurement methods at home and abroad include centrifugal tachometer speed measurement method, tachometer generator speed measurement method, flash speed measurement method, photoelectric encoder speed measurement method and Hall element speed measurement method. Through the study of the current motor speed measurement methods, it is found that the centrifugal tachometer and tachometer generator are directly connected to the motor shaft. The tachometer, as the load of the micromotor, consumes a lot of power for the micromotor. Some micromotors cannot even drive the tachometer and tachometer generator. Therefore, the tachometer and tachometer generator are not suitable for the speed measurement of micromotors. This paper proposes a non-contact speed measurement method for micromotors. The speed measurement principle of the non-contact speed measurement method for micromotors is analyzed in detail, and the photoelectric encoder and flash lamp used in the non-contact speed measurement method are introduced. Five non-contact speed measurement circuits are designed: ① Photoelectric encoder LED display digital circuit type, ② Photoelectric encoder LED display single-chip microcomputer control type, ③ Photoelectric encoder LCD display single-chip microcomputer control type, ④ Flash speed measurement LED display single-chip microcomputer control type, ⑤ Flash speed measurement LCD display single-chip microcomputer control type. For each circuit, the circuit composition, working principle, speed calculation formula, logical parameters and characteristics of components are analyzed, and the specific circuit is given. For the circuit implemented by a single-chip microcomputer, the software design method is also analyzed, and the program flow chart and program list are given.
