The system uses PIC18F4580 microcontroller as the intermediate controller, uses its own integrated CAN controller to communicate with each acquisition unit node, and communicates with the host computer through the external expansion CAN controller MCP2510, and realizes double-layer and multi-region data communication with dual CAN bus interface. Through experimental detection, there is no data transmission error and data loss, and the performance is stable and reliable.
