I. Overview of actuators 1. Function of actuators The actuator receives the command signal of the regulator, and converts it into the corresponding angular displacement or linear displacement through the actuator to manipulate the regulating mechanism, change the energy or material entering and exiting the controlled object, and realize the automatic control of the process. The actuator often works under high temperature, high pressure, deep cold, strong corrosion, high viscosity, easy crystallization, flash evaporation, cavitation, high pressure difference and other conditions, and the use conditions are poor. Therefore, it is the weak link of the entire control system. 2. Structure and working principle of actuator 3. Types of actuators II. Introduction to QSTP intelligent electric control valve 2. The structural composition of the actuator is an integrated linear electric actuator. It consists of an isolated electrical part and a gear transmission part, and the motor is used as an intermediate component connecting the two isolated parts. The motor outputs torque according to the control requirements and transmits it to the trapezoidal screw through multi-stage spur gears. The trapezoidal screw converts torque into thrust through threads. There is a flagpole connected to the output shaft stop ring, which runs synchronously with the output shaft. The output shaft displacement is converted into an electrical signal through the rack plate connected to the flagpole, and provided to the intelligent control board as a comparison signal and valve position feedback output.
