40109------High Voltage Level Converter (3S)Brief Description: 40109 includes four low-to-high level conversion circuits. Each circuit can convert a low-level digital logic input signal (A~D) and logic 1=VCC, 0=VSS into a high-level output signal (E~H) and logic 1=VDD, 0=VSS. Unlike other low-to-high level conversion circuits, 40109 does not need to provide a high-level power supply (VDD) before the low voltage power supply (VCC) or input signal is added. In this way, there is no restriction on the order of adding VDD, VCC or input signals. In addition, within the maximum rating of the device, there is no restriction on the relative amplitude of the power supply voltage or input signal. VCC can be greater than VDD, and the input signal can be greater than VCC and VDD. When working in VCC>VDD mode, 40109 will be used as a high-to-low level converter. 40109 also has a three-state output feature. If the three-state output control terminal is low, the corresponding output terminal will also be in a high-impedance state.
