A model of an elevator group control system was designed, and a strategy of using DNA-GA to solve the elevator scheduling problem was proposed for the first time. The simulation experiments proved that the solution of this strategy is closer to the global optimal solution, shortening the average waiting time and the average elevator riding time, confirming the feasibility and effectiveness of the group control system.
