Coal mine safety production dispatching and management system based on MES principle Abstract: According to the characteristics of coal mine management model, this paper proposes a coal mine safety production dispatching and management system based on MES principle, explains the functions of its various parts, and further discusses the software platform of the safety production dispatching and management system. Finally, the expected benefits of the coal mine safety production dispatching and management system are analyzed. Introduction The construction of coal mine informationization has become a hot spot in the coal industry, but because the operation and management mode of China\'s coal industry is still relatively backward and the degree of automation is low, the information construction continues other industrial models, that is, the three-layer architecture of ERP/MES/PCS. In theory, this architecture can realize the informationization of coal mines, but because the coal industry is a special industry, the ERP system is not suitable for coal mining enterprises. The concept of ERP system originated from manufacturing enterprises. The key is to drive production by orders and comprehensively allocate resources to achieve efficient production and the lowest cost. It is particularly suitable for complex discrete production operations. Through the material code (POM) system, orders are decomposed into several parts for procurement or production planning. However, coal mining is completely different from discrete manufacturing. There is no order decomposition problem; it is also different from the recipe decomposition of process manufacturing. In this way, the strengths of the entire ERP system cannot be brought into play [1]. The PCS system solves the automatic control of the underlying production systems and provides data sources for the upper system, but it cannot solve the informatization problem. Therefore, the informatization of coal mines is mainly reflected by the functions of the MES layer. 2. Practical and theoretical basis for the introduction of MES in the coal industry 2.1 Characteristics of coal mine management model The management organization of coal mine enterprises is generally set up as follows: a tower structure of mining bureau, mine, well (area), team, and team. In terms of production management model, the bureau production management department is responsible for the production layout of the bureau and mine, medium- and long-term planning of production development, improvement of production system, equipment renewal and transformation, etc.; the mine production management department is responsible for production development planning, implementation of production system improvement and daily production organization and management. The specific management organization of a coal mine is generally composed of: mine manager, deputy mine manager, various business and production functional departments, production teams, production workers, and production process. The functional departments include production dispatching room, safety supervision station, electromechanical department, ventilation department, etc. These departments complete the important management work such as production planning and implementation, electromechanical equipment management, mine safety inspection, etc. The management information is stored in various records or ledgers.
