This paper introduces how to use single-chip microcomputer to make the measurement and control in the temperature measurement and control system intelligent. The core component of this system is MSP430F14X single-chip microcomputer. First, the temperature control model is established. Through the reasonable configuration of hardware and the selection of appropriate heating mode by software, the control meets the requirements of different stages in the model. The acquisition module of the system uses thermistor PT100 as the temperature measurement component, while the control module uses optical isolation to control the conduction and cutoff of the thyristor, thereby controlling the on and off of the heating voltage, making the control sensitive, reliable, and strong in anti-interference ability. This paper focuses on the hardware composition of the system, the main functions of each part, and the design process of the system software.
