With the development of power electronics technology, harmonic pollution in the power grid has become more and more serious and has become a \"public nuisance\" in the power grid. Therefore, monitoring and studying power grid harmonics is a prerequisite for limiting and eliminating harmonic hazards, and it is also an urgent need to ensure the safe and economical operation of the power supply system and the safety of equipment and personnel. Based on the analysis of the current status and development direction of harmonic detection technology at home and abroad, this paper conducts an overall study and design of voltage harmonic monitoring and detuning devices. STR710 is selected as the core processor, CS8900A Ethernet controller and bidirectional thyristor are used as peripheral chips, and an ARM7-based voltage harmonic monitoring device is designed and implemented. At the same time, the FFT algorithm is used in the IAR Embedded Workbench for ARM version 4.31 environment to realize harmonic monitoring. Finally, the embedded Ethernet interface is designed and implemented.
